When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you are ready and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. To obtain the maximum benefits from our Two Week Reset, we do advise completing the course over two consecutive weeks and following your meal plans or recipes as closely as possible.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. Our Two Week Reset really is the perfect reset - you can come back and repeat your program whenever you feel you need to, and especially after a holiday, your birthday month or the festive season!
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy and are confident you will benefit greatly from our Two Week Reset. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.
Is your course paleo?
We don't follow a strict paleo template, however all of our recipes are free from gluten, refined sugar, grains, legumes and poor quality fats. Our Two Week Reset can easily fit into a balanced paleo template and only extremely minor substitutes will need to be made if you do not consume dairy, for example.
Can I do this course if I am a vegetarian or vegan?
We have just launched vegetarian meal plans! If you are vegan you can definitely join us and we are confident you will learn a considerable amount, but you will need to make modifications to the meal plans provided. Check out some recipe ideas here:
What support is available?
As soon as you join our Two Week Reset you will be given instructions on how to join our private online community. Unfortunately we can't offer personalised support via email or phone, so please do ensure you post your questions in the above group. Why haven't I received a welcome email?
The most common explanation here is that you have entered the incorrect email address. You'd be surprised at how often this happens! Please sign in using these details, then update your account to the correct email address. You will then be able to sign in with the correct email address and the password you created. Unfortunately we can not resend your welcome email but you will have full access to our Two Week Reset, which is the most important outcome.
Can I do this course if I am pregnant or breast feeding?
Yes! We have meal plans suitable for you, plus a whole list of approved snacks for you to choose from. We have a beautiful community of mummas and mummas-to-be, and I know you'll just love how much you'll learn to support the health of both you and your family.
