When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you are ready and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. To obtain the maximum benefits from our Two Week LCHF Reset, we do advise completing the course over two consecutive weeks and following your meal plans or recipes as closely as possible.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. Our Two Week LCHF Reset really is the perfect reset - you can come back and repeat your program whenever you feel you need to, and especially after a holiday, your birthday month or the festive season!
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy and are confident you will benefit greatly from our Two Week LCHF Reset. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.
LCHF stands for Low Carbohydrate, Healthy Fat and is one of the essential foundations to becoming fat adapted. When you lower your carbohydrate intake and instead include healthy fats, you train your body to burn fat for fuel and experience a multitude of day-to-day, performance and long-term health benefits. These include blood sugar control satiety, fat loss, metabolic flexibility, glycogen sparing, improved performance and recovery, injury prevention and enhanced immunity.
Is your course paleo?
We don't follow a strict paleo template, however all of our recipes are free from gluten, refined sugar, grains, legumes and poor quality fats. Our Two Week LCHF Reset can easily fit into a balanced paleo template and only extremely minor substitutes will need to be made if you do not consume dairy, for example.
Can I do this course if I am a vegetarian or vegan?
You can definitely join us and we are confident you will learn a considerable amount, but you will need to make modifications to the meal plans provided. Check out some recipe ideas here:
