How long will it take to see results?
In module 1, we provide you with advice and recipes that will help you to see immediate results, however FULL results will be seen by the end of the course.
Where and when will I be able to access your program? And how long does it go for?
This course will be fully online. It will run for 4 months, with 1 module being released each fortnight, however you will have access to the online portal for 12 months.
Will I have to do any extra homework to complete the program?
During the course, we provide you with meal plans, nutritional advice, recipes and lifestyle recommendations. You will have to do the work and follow our recommendations if you want to succeed. However we have made it easy for you. We are providing you with digital downloads that are easy to use, that provide tonnes of information, and that are actually easy to understand. We want you to understand what your body needs in order to thrive, and to get you back in control of your health, your happiness, and your longevity, now.
Can I ask questions throughout the course?
You can ask any questions that you have in the private group for Creating Balanced Hormones, Naturally. I respond to all questions in that group so all members can learn from one another, however as an added bonus, you will also receive the support and feedback from the other members in the Creating Balanced Hormones, Naturally community who are on the same wellness journey. My team and I also hold regular LIVE Q&A sessions in the group so you can get instant answers to any question that you may have, outside of the community group.
How much time will it take me to complete each module?
One module is released each fortnight, however it should take you around 1.5 hours of work during this time to complete the module and the associated homework. This does not include cooking time, however the recipes that we have provided in your meal plans usually take around 30 minutes on average to prep and cook. **They take much less time to eat and enjoy!!**
I am gluten free/refined sugar free/dairy free. Will I still be able to complete your program?
Absolutely!! We cater for the majority of dietary requirements. All of our recipes are already gluten free and refined sugar free, and we include minimal high-quality dairy from grass-fed butter and goat's milk cheese. Simply let us know what your requirements are, and we will help you adjust the plan to suit you.
Does this course really work?
Absolutely! In this course, you will learn how to eat, what to test and what supplements you need, to create balanced hormones. You will be able to use this information for the rest of your life, and at every stage of your journey.
Can I access the content on my phone?
Yes you can! You might find it easier to access on your desktop or iPad, however the course is also phone compatible.
What other methods could I use if I don’t complete your program?
Your GP will most likely offer you the oral contraceptive pill, a Mirena, a hysterectomy or HRT as the first option to ease your symptoms, rather than taking a nutrition and supplement approach. And while those options are considered fine, nutrition will play a powerful role in balancing your hormones and getting you through this stage of your life, holistically, naturally and comfortably.
Do you agree with HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)?
I am absolutely in support of HRT which is now actually Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT), but there is an incredible range of naturally strategies that can be implemented from 35 years of age onwards, that will help you in so many ways, including if you decide to undertake MHT.
What happens to me if I don’t do this course?
